[Neighbors] ART Project

I sent Pat Davis an e-mail last week and haven't received a  response. I asked him whether or not someone who was on the Carlisle bus and got off at Central to transfer to ART, especially a handicapped person, as to whether or not they would have to walk to Bryn Mawr or Solano to catch the ART, since it is my understanding that there will no longer be a stop at Central & Carlisle. Does this make sense and  will it increase or encourage ridership.
