[Neighbors] Leaking faucet

Melinda-turn water off at main source in basement,or if that faucet doesn't  function you'll have to turn off at box in front. Then get a 1/2in cap and put on spigot and crank down. Then the work begins, not too hard. I have two waiting to be replaced, but not my top priority yet. It's pretty late, so you may have fixed it by now!!!! :)
