[Neighbors] Windfall, Silver @ Dartmouth.

Just yesterday, I was surveying the multitude of decrepit trees, including this one, and wondering who was responsible for their upkeep. This is one of 4 or 5 at 202 Dartmouth SE, all ready to come down. 
This one fell right in front of me and missed a parked vehicle by about 18 inches.
