Hello Adrian,

Your email appears to suggest the Board will election more than one 
director's seat at the next meeting. That would be contrary to the 
circumstances and the NHNA by-laws.

I believe a correct reading of By-laws 5.02, 5.03 and 5.04 allows the 
Board to elect new board members only to replace previously duly elected 
board seats vacated prior to the expiration of their respective two year 
terms. That would leave only one vacancy to fill, that created by my 
resignation letter of October 10, 2016 sent to the Nob Hill Board of 
Directors by email that day.

(I presume that resignation letter is in the Nob Hill Neighborhood 
Association permanent records for your review and verification.)
