Transportion  Plan instead of the old outdated one Berry and his  Merry Jipsters 
want to SHOVE down our throats.

Speaker Paul Ryan said no to Obama's  Budget. Congress withdrew Obama's
budget. NO money for  A.R.T, this year. President Elect Trump wants to 
review
and  reallocat funds. A Resolution being passed to stay at this  funding
level, GOP anticipates March or April. NO money for  A.R.T. this year. FTA
HAS NOT APROVED GRANT. Please share.
