[Neighbors] Loud music at UNM

We have lived a few blocks from UNM Johnson Field for 17 years. Have heard the music etc. over the years as well as from Isotop Park and rather like the urban vibe. It has never been offensive. Paradise is always about accepting and embracing your surroundings.
