My suggestion to the speed, accident, take down of trees, sign, shrubs, walls, lights, etc. on Lead and Coal is to have the city do just like what they did on Rio Grande in the North Valley - one lane in each direction, widen the bicycle lanes and slow the speed to 25 MPH.

Isaac Benton was involved in the narrowing of lanes on Rio Grande.  Let him initiate this on Lead and Coal.  One lane in each direction will piss drivers off enough to get them off both streets.

Pat Davis needs to make this happen.
