[Neighbors] Truck broken into last night

Jim, I see 2 break-ins on the 400 block of Dartmouth on the 20th and one on
the 22nd (between the two! A lot of nerve if it's the same criminal!) Make
sure you've got your parameters set to all alerts. It updates for a 7 day
period, mine up to yesterday.
