Sean, if radar brought more revenue to the City, wouldn't this work for everyone, even if radar operates only during peak periods?

I remember a cop that would sit down at the end of Lead with a radar gun….he made more money for the city than real estate taxes…They could put some guy who’s ready to retire in that same position and make some big bucks.

I don't think that increasing the speed is the answer, Poeple will only go =
faster and the accidents will result in more serious injury. We need speed =
