[Neighbors] Loud music

Neighbors,

I was having trouble sleeping thanks to some heavy bass beat music 
rumbling through my closed doors and windows. I walked around the block 
to try to figure out where it's coming from - down on Central maybe? 
That's half a mile away. Anybody else hearing this? It's been going on 
for a while and it's a quarter to 1:00 AM already.
