[Neighbors] Loud music

I'm a block north of you. The problem is that, because of the 
Copper/Campus arroyo, there's a clear line of sight from the roof of 
Imbibe to our neighborhood. Take a very high power amplifier with 
speakers pointed at our houses, nothing in between, and we get to share 
their experience.
