[Neighbors] Update on zoning for new building at Aliso andCopper

I want to offer my thanks, as well - what great people we have here!

Want to echo this note from below: 

_Thanks to all for your vigorous
advocacy!!!!_ 

_ And thanks to Councilor Davis for taking that advocacy
seriously and following up with the planning department._ 

And offer
additional mega thanks to Tandi for bringing awareness of this issue to
all of us, and investing the energy to start things moving :)
