Training on Monday, Feb. 26 – Register Today!*

The ONC is offering “Neighborhood 101,” an interactive training that shares
neighborhood success stories, offers brainstorming opportunities with other
neighborhood leaders on topics such as how to engage new membership and
retain existing members. Additionally, there will be success stories from
fellow neighborhood leaders across the City and a panel discussion on
bylaws. The training takes place on Monday, Feb. 26 at the Alamosa
Community Center, 6900 Gonzales SW

*Northwest Area Command Seeks Neighborhood Input on Proposed Quarterly
Meetings*

The NW Area Command is asking for neighborhood feedback on a series of
proposed quarterly meetings to bring together residents who may be experiencing
similar criminal activity in their neighborhoods. Oftentimes, neighborhoods
in close proximity to each other are targeted by the same person(s), and
these proposed meetings will offer resources to share information that may
help with crime prevention. If you are interested in attending such
meetings, e-mail: snorris at cabq.gov and pgelabert at cabq.gov and share your
thoughts and ideas.
