[Neighbors] Nob Hill Board of Directors meeting, June 11, 6:30pm, Monte Vista Christian Church

Dear Neighbors and Friends,
Attached to this message is the agenda for the Board of Directors meeting this coming Monday night in the Small Chapel of the MV Christian Church on Berkeley and Campus Drive.

During the past several weeks we have had a change in leadership, a change in the location of our monthly meetings, revised our bylaws in preparation for approval by the members at our annual meeting, organized some volunteers to produce our fall newsletter, and discussed the need to appoint additional Directors. On this latter point, since we are only 4 months from our annual meeting the Board has decided not to appoint interested members to a short 4-month term as a Director.  Instead, the members of the Neighborhood Association will elect new Directors at the annual meeting in September.  Prior to that time, we would very much like to invite interested people in the neighborhood who would consider being a Director in the future to attend our meetings in June, July, August and September to become aware of some of the issues that the Board faces in governing our Association.  In this way you could prepare yourself for service as an informed Director.
