[Neighbors] Person casing houses in Nob Hill

Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. Well appreciated. Very
creepy. Just FYI, mayor Keller announced yesterday that the police
substation on the corner of Girard and Central, across from Walgreens is
now open and they encourage the neighborhood to stop by and meet the police
officers.You can also file your police report there or at least show the
police officers this video as they bike around this neighborhood throughout
the day.
