I agree with Dan Spanogle. There is a big difference between a bar and a 
restaurant. This restaurant has an attractive front patio, good food,  
and would be an asset to the neighborhood.  Not offering beer and wind 
would severely cut down on their business earnings.  It will not attract 
bar flys with loud music etc. When there was a French restaurant in this 
location, beer and wine were served with no negative impact on the 
neighborhood.   Susan Beard
