[Neighbors] FW: Multi family development on Copper between Montclair and Sierra

At the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association annual meeting Thursday several neighbors indicated interest/concern about the planned development in the subject line.
The sign in the attachment is posted on all four streets at the site. It  was posted by the developer in accordance with a requirement in the new Integrated Development Ordinance. 

At the meeting Thursday neighbor Jim Strozier indicated that his firm is consultant to the developer and the phone number on the signs is his number.
He indicated that you are welcome to email or call him.
I would imagine he can answer any questions you may have about what is being proposed there.
