of ownership; CABQ Liquor Hearing Officer has not had the case referred from
NM Alcohol and Gaming 

- Vision for Nob Hill; adopted by board March 11

- Joint letter with NH Main Street asking for cross walk of Central at
Tulane

- ABQ Clean and Green Business (Plastic Bag Ban); Council action: April 15

- Central Ave Safety Proposal by West Downtown Business Group

- A Policy for the notice of meetings, for the conduct of meetings, for the
formulation of agendas, and for the time, date, and place of the meetings

- Election of Secretary

- Liquor License Request, Pollito and Papas, Restaurant License (beer and
wine) with Patio Service, Hearing, April 11; request was circulated to the
Nob Hill List serve. One response received in support

- 4310 Marquette NE, Groff Lumber requests variance for carport in front

- Outreach Event: CABQ Follow-up Zoning Postcards regarding Voluntary
Downzoning

- La Montanita Co-op Earth Fest; April 20
