[Neighbors] Alcohol license at 400 Washington SE

Dear Ms. Chavez: As a resident of Nob Hill, I'm concerned about yet another establishment selling alcohol. Our kids graduated from Highland High School, which seems quite close to this restaurant. I worked at UNM's Center on Alcoholism, Substance Abuse and Addictions (CASAA) for many years, and feel strongly that our young people need less exposure to alcohol. Thank you for taking my views into consideration.
