 Today I saw two APD officers on motorcycles with radar equipment on Lead at Richmond SE today.
It was great to see them.

I hope a radar team comes over to the Coal side of Richmond soon too as I can tell you there is a lot of speeding done on the up hill climb to Carlisle from the light at Girard.

And something has to be included in what they do about vehicles with no mufflers, or the loud illegal sound enhancing performance equipment.  Some of them are so loud they pierce the ears, especially the motorcycles.  More and more vehicles are running with NO MUFFLERS at all because no one is enforcing the laws.  APD needs to pull these terrorists over as they are destroying the civil decent community of people around them who don’t want to hear their noise and diesel pollution.

And if you have noticed too there are more and more vehicles running the streets with no license plates or temp tags at all.
