[Neighbors] Lawyer assistance

Dear neighbors. I need a low cost/pro bono attorney to consult with concerning family real estate and inheritance issues. Is anyone familiar with an attorney who could just spend one hr with me as an act of generosity rather then financial gain. Thanks. Ps. No, none of the legal services assist with these issues and no private attorney I’ve contacted is willing to reduce their fees.
