[Neighbors] door sanding?

We've recently moved, and have discovered that bottom of the front door and of one other door scrape the floor quite badly. They need to be taken off and sanded/planed. I don't really know what kind of craftsperson to get to do this fairly minor, but important job. I'd welcome any suggestions.
