[Neighbors] Change of Floor Plan Request - Yanni's Lemoni Lounge

I"m in support of it but I've frankly been worried about how both Yanni's
and Lemoni Lounge because they have appeared to be experiencing slow
business....I love them both!
Bob and I had our wedding dinner reception at Yanni's!
