Yes, No flowering. You can just trim it. That is wild spinach. I love it. I grew up in Northern NM near Colorado and it grew close to the ditches. It was a daily summer staple in our home. We would steam it then sauté with onions, bacon and 1/2 to 1 tsp red pepper flakes and mix a little in with our cooked Pinto Beans and Red Chili. I've prepared it without bacon for vegans. Try it with some tortillas from Frontier. YUM... Enjoy!Lucille
