[Neighbors] flooring

Hi Neighbors, 

I'm wondering if anyone has had an especially good
experience with a business that does flooring. I'm hoping to rip out and
replace the old vinyl kitchen tile and linoleum (one was put atop the
other long ago). 

This is maybe outlandish, but it would also be of
interest to know if anyone good is using less toxic products for this
work.
