[Neighbors] Electrician recommendation, please :)

 I did not like Guiding Light or Tony. We had 3 failures on our outside inspectionand that was after pointing these problems out before inspection.I did not like the short cuts and quick fixes Tony does. BAD WORK

He even added some sockets in the kitchen and bathroom of a block-wall house without us needing to do any repair or paint work.
