[Neighbors] Neighborhood Meeting Request for 201 Hermosa NE

I would just point out that closing at 8pm is a pandemic adjustment at the
current location. There is no indication that would be the closing time at
the proposed location, or going forward at the current location.

Regardless, all of these issues should be discussed at the meeting, where
more concrete information will be available.
