[Neighbors] Parking structure

Storefront retail is the thing of the past, whether we like it or not. A lot of businesses select to have an online presence only with no store front. We could build all the shopping structures we want, but for what? It will be just another ART. All the added parking in Nob Hill in the last few years has failed to increase the human shopping traffic, so parking is not where the problem lies.

I don't understand your enthusiasm for this.  First, such a structure violates the basic height restrictions of the district (which have been terribly abused by others). Secondly, parking structures promote driving.  Have we, the City of Albuquerque, already overspent funds, blood, sweat, and oh so many tears for a Public Transit system (ART) to bring patrons into the Central business districts.  Let's use what we've got.
