[Neighbors] In Celebration of Nob Hill Artists

I would like to celebrate four Nob Hill artists who contributed much to our
annual members' meeting last week.

Nicky Ovitt paints and creates textile art celebrating our people and
region. She donated a number of cool pieces which we awarded in the drawing
after our members' meeting.

Tully Alford performed on guitar and sang, welcoming neighbors as they
arrived and enjoyed the social time.

Susan Hunt and Tony Hunt synergized on the painting here and the poem he
shared. 

His invocation inspires me as it speaks to our connection as neighbors.

Each of us is on a truly different path,

 

yet not so far beneath

the planet's forest floor,

 

interwoven,

 

entrenched among the roots,

like Aspen trees, 

 

we all connect.
