[Neighbors] Plumber

Hi neighbors! 

I'm wondering if any of you can send a
recommendation for an experienced, reliable plumber. 

I have a weird,
intermittent whine going on in the bathroom. Toilet intake valve comes
up on internet searches, BUT it also appears to be coming from the
faucet. Flushing sometimes stops or starts it, turning on the water
sometimes stops or starts it .... even a light tap on the toilet tank by
the seat lid sometimes sets it off. 

So ~~~ much hoping to find a
plumber who can figure this out 🤔😆.
