I have lived on Solano for 30 years.  I am 100% AGAINST permission for this business
to be allowed to affect what is a residential neighborhood.  The restaurant that was to ameliorate
noise, music until late at night, controlling traffic and parking is a fiction that residents will have
to live with. This will perpetuate unforseen toxic effects.
