[Neighbors] Possible break in??

Hi folks -
I was just out for a walk (3:25ish) and heard breaking glass at 203 Richmond SE. I saw a man: middle-aged, blue jeans, black jacket, black shoes, and a light blue or gray winter cap leaving the side of the house. 
Sorry to be the bearer of bad??? news!
