[Neighbors] Cannabis retail conditional use request

Thank you for this information, While we fully understand the parameters we
don't intend to violate them but would like to apply the conditional
licensing permits (these are meant for special situations). Please keep in
mind that I have already established my herb business here before the
parameters were set. In respect to the local objections, we will not be
advertising in Nob Hill as a "cannibus dispensary" , rather we intend to
cater to the needs of our preexisting clientele in an attempt to continue
to serve our *Hollistic* community. Thank you for your concern as we
commit to expanding our business.
