[Neighbors] Cannabis retail conditional use request

watching the neighborhood go down the tubes since the a.r.t. project was
pushed down our throats is death by a thousand cuts.  i remember the clown
posse city councilors who voted for a.r.t relying on some blatantly cooked
up number of 3 billion dollars they said would come in economic benefit as
a result of a.r.t.  and i remember city councilor chubby cheeks telling us
to get over a.r.t. when it proved to be even more of a shit show then first
feared.  i wonder whether that councilor has financially benefited from any
weed businesses in any way while in office, although i don't really
wonder.  and now that the buses are free and the bus stops are homeless
shelters and the 3 billion they said would flow seems to be premised on
massage parlors and dispensaries, i guess we need another dispensary to hit
our 3 billion dollar goal.  sorry for this particular business that seems
to have missed the early lobbying frenzy to get their weed seller's
license, but no.
