[Neighbors] Cannabis retail outlets

I live in this neighborhood. There are several cannabis shops nearby, but there are not lines out the door as there were  in the first days of legal sales, so I don’t think demand warrants another outlet. That said, I don’t object to anyone trying to make a go of any type of legal business. The law of supply and demand will determine when there are too many. How many shoe stores, flower shops or cannabis outlets are too many? Competition will determine which ones succeed.
