[Neighbors] Perplexed

Someone, perhaps, who visited my place a few weeks ago ~

I had put some used venetian blinds out by the curb in case someone 
wanted to pick them up - they were out for a couple of weeks and I'd 
decided to put them in the bin on pick up day, but forgot.

When I got home, I discovered that someone had put them in (my emptied 
prior in the morning) bin. And had left a colorful rug at the curb by 
the water meter. Next day, the rug had moved up close to the house.

A little uncomfortable, but amusing at the same time~

I hear little tiny garden villages are springing up here and there, too 
:)
