Hi there. Same story at my house, two blocks up from you. If it’s on the city side of your water meter, call the city and see if you can get them to do that work themselves. They do have responsibilities in the street although they will try to avoid them. If it’s on the side of the meter towards your house, that’s your responsibility and I’m having exactly the same problem this weekend! My go to guys and a lot of other folks in this neighborhood use Allied Plumbing. They’re not the cheapest, but they’re very good.
