[Neighbors] Property at Silver and Wellesley

Thanks. Ya, it's gonna look out of place but if we want people to live,
work, eat and play in this part of town, change is inevitable. I wish I
knew for sure why we have so many empty store fronts still empty.
Lease/rent can't be the only reason.
