two blocks and post the name of all the offenders in large print on a 
billboard.

Mandated sight lines, bollards between traffic and bike lanes, lighted 
stop signs, meaningful enforcement measures. Simple and doesn’t bust the 
bank. How much is a human life worth in dollars? Cost of damages to
