YES! Print their names in VER LARGE print posted on a large bill board!  This was done in Santa Fe for water users, largest, next largest, and so on.

VERY effective!  So this is a good idea.

How about also red light cameras at every light and speed cameras every two blocks and post the name of all the offenders in large print on a billboard.

Mandated sight lines, bollards between traffic and bike lanes, lighted stop signs, meaningful enforcement measures. Simple and doesn’t bust the bank. How much is a human life worth in dollars? Cost of damages to public and private properties?
