[Neighbors] 50% tax credits for renovating Nob Hill houses

Huge thanks to Harvey Kaplan who addressed twenty neighbors Saturday on the
50% Tax Credit Program for renovating historic houses!

Over seventy homeowners in Nob Hill have used the program to perform
sensitive renovations of Nob Hill houses. It looks like twenty more are on
the way.
