[Neighbors] Washer purchase, delivery and install

Hi Neighbors,

I'm hoping to purchase a new washing machine soon and I'd like to know 
of any especially good (or bad) experiences with purchase, delivery and 
install.

My install isn't especially complicated, but I know that customer 
service can vary. It seems the places to purchase ~ Baillo's, Home 
Depot, Lowe's etc (add more to my list if you know of a great place!) 
all carry pretty much the same inventory.

Pricing matters, but so does service :)
