It is nearly time for a new class of Master Gardeners, a program through
New Mexico State that provides a lot of service to our community.  Would
you please put this announcement in your neighborhood association
newsletter, or in some other way get this news out to your community?

*Become a Master Gardener!*

Would you like to improve your gardening skills and knowledge while
volunteering in our community? Then, you might want to consider becoming a
Master Gardener!

Every year the Albuquerque Area Extension Master Gardener program welcomes
a certain number of interns to participate in this program. The fee for
attending this program is $150. Interns will access classes online weekly
(January - April) and provide 40 hours of volunteer time at pre-approved
volunteer activities.

A meeting will be held in October 2023 to provide more information
regarding the application process, program requirements, and program
activities. Please visit our website periodically as we will update you
about the date, time, location for the meeting, and other information
related to the 2024 Master Gardener Program.
