Nob Hill Friends and Neighbors,

Your neighborhood association recently announced its plan to fund New Mexico Register of Cultural Places plaques on three qualifying Nob Hill houses. 

This was our 8th annual drawing honoring David Kammer, Nob Hilleño and architectural historian, who was instrumental in the listing of the 1926 Monte Vista and College View Historic Districts in the New Mexico and National Registers. 

We received an anonymous donation of $285 for a fourth plaque. 

  

The drawing was held at our November board meeting. The four houses drawn are:

4205 Broadmoor Ave. NE

525 Morningside Dr. NE

4237 Cortney Ave. NE

4241 Broadmoor Ave. NE

  

If you own one of these houses please reply. 

We will start the research on your house and develop a citation for your plaque with you. 

When they arrive we will help you mount your plaque.
