Neighbors,

There will be a public meeting to learn about a Cannabis business at 3417
Central Ave and their zoning request. The virtual meeting will be at 6:00pm
on Thursday, Jan 26th. Here is the Google Meet information:

*The NHNA will use the feedback at the meeting as the basis for a position
on the zoning request.*

In particular, their request is for a "conditional use to operate an
on-site cannabis consumption area on the premises of a licensed and
permitted cannabis retail establishment." (This is from their application,
attached.) In the correspondence to set up the meeting, the city states:  "The
applicant is requesting a conditional use to allow cannabis retail within
600 feet of another cannabis retail." We hope to clarify these statements
at the meeting.
