[Neighbors] Kirtland Air Force Base Bulk Fuels Facility leak project open house

Willard,

I expect that it's been preferable to clean up the mess and keep it from
reaching out faucets than to exact a pound of flesh from a constantly
moving target, as has been the case in Clovis.
This open house should show what $50 million from the U.S. Senate in 2014
has achieved this far with the filtration system that has been operating
since 2016.  We now need to press NMED and KAFB to move forward with the
RCRA process.

Just sayin'.
