[Neighbors] Fwd: Parking ordinances re: RV parking on residential streets

Good morning,
I have contacted the CoA Parking Division, again, regarding this. As with
all previous contacts and investigation of the issue, the CoA seems to not
have specific ordinances regarding or against transient RV/Camper parking.
The defer issues to APD who may, or may not (manpower issues) investigate
issues of public nuisance (noise, criminal activities, etc.)

Good morning,
There is nothing that specific in the ordinances but there are certain
ordinances that together can justify a citation being issued. If you have
an address we can dispatch an officer to have a look at the situation.
*§ 8-5-1-13 PARKING PROHIBITED OF VEHICLE 90 INCHES WIDE.*
No vehicle 90 inches or more in width shall be parked on any street
except for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise, freight, or
objects provided that such vehicle shall not be unattended at any time
during such loading or unloading.
('74 Code, § 9-5-19.13) (Ord. 65-1974)
Thank you!

Good Morning,
First, I have attempted to call your office (505.294.3950) on numerous
occasions and the line is always busy. Perhaps there is something wrong
with your line?
My primary question is: Are there specific ordinances regarding parking of
transient recreational vehicles on residential streets and public by-ways
in the City of Albuquerque?
If so, can you cite those ordinances?
Much appreciated,
