I have had very good luck, checking the county records and finding the
person that owns the property. Many times it’s an LLC so then I have to
check the LLCs for California, Colorado, Nevada, until I find the person.
But I’ve always found the person, and I write them a very detailed letter
listing everything numerically. 1) etc
I also informed them that if anybody gets injured, this is a document to
prove that you were informed and you will be held accountable because you
own the property and are responsible for keeping it orderly and safe. I did
this for a 17 Plex on Jefferson and Marquette, and also for Zia apartments.
I gathered evidence myself which were drug paraphernalia, knives, and a
gun. It worked perfectly.
Good luck and keep up the pressure,
Diego Lopez.
