[Neighbors] Place on August 7th meeting agenda

Braver Angels, a group Lisa Johnson and I presented to the association last year, is planning a debate to raise consciousness and cool the conversation about homelessness.  

Here is the info about the event...

Resolved:
Additional tax dollars are needed to provide housing
 for the homeless.

In light of our recent involvement in the subject, we would like to present an appeal to include an announcement in our Nob Hill email about the event.
