There will be a facilitated meeting regarding a redevelopment project at
3200 Central Ave SE (formerly the Hiway House.) The meeting will be held on
Dec. 12th from 5:30pm-7:30pm and iis virtual, see connection information
below.

Some information the NHNA has received from Titan Development:

   - "...Consensus Planning and Titan Development are beginning to prepare
   a Site Plan application, Right-of-Way vacation, and accompanying plat (lot
   consolidation) to be submitted to the City of Albuquerque Development
   Facilitation Team (DFT) and the Development Hearing Officer (DHO). The DFT
   will approve the Site Development Plan, and the DHO will be approving the
   ROW vacation and Plat."
   - "Titan plans to develop the property with a 3-story boutique hotel
   with a restaurant and rooftop bar featuring 112 rooms."
